Digitizing Fee (Required for First-Time Embroidery Orders)

If this is your first time ordering an embroidered design with Sew Glo Studio, a one-time digitizing fee must be added to your cart. Digitizing is the process of converting your logo, artwork, or image into a stitch file that can be read by our embroidery machines.

✔ Required for all new embroidery designs
✔ One-time fee per design/logo
✔ Your digitized file will be kept on file for future embroidery orders
✔ Repeat orders using the same design do not require an additional digitizing fee unless changes are made to the artwork

Important: Orders requiring embroidery will not be processed until the digitizing fee has been purchased for new designs. If you’re unsure whether your design has been digitized before, please contact us before placing your order.
